Independência Shopping

The first large shopping mall of Juiz de Fora.

Independência Shopping is the first large mall of Juiz de Fora. Strategically located on one of the city’s main roads, it is the only shopping mall within a radius of 100 km. The development stands out for its modern architecture: a curved building with protruding windows that favor the visibility of the stores, wide corridors, and natural light.

With a sophisticated mix of domestic and international brands, the mall offers more than 30 brands that are unique in the city, a 5-screen movie theater, and the only Outback unit within the axle Belo Horizonte – Rio de Janeiro.

Shopping Del Rey

Gastronomy and major brands in Pampulha.

Shopping Del Rey sits in the region of Pampulha, at the junction with the bypass road that connects state and federal highways in Greater Belo Horizonte, attracting visitors from several regions of the city and nearby municipalities. For three decades, the mall has offered the best options for fashion, decor, gastronomy, entertainment, services, and appliances.

Shopping Estação BH

The first shopping mall in the Northern region of Belo Horizonte.

Shopping Estação BH is the first large-size commercial development in the Northern region of Belo Horizonte. It combines convenience and comfort, offering customers a diversified mix for shopping, leisure, and entertainment.

It has more than 200 stores across a diversity of sectors, such as C&A, Renner, Riachuelo, Marisa, Fastshop, Casas Bahia, Casa e Vídeo, TNG, Chilli Beans, Academia Smart Fit, D+ Casa e Presentes, Planet Girls and Zinzane, as well as several choices of restaurants such as McDonald’s, Burger King, Spoleto, Mercadinho Mineiro, Balas Fini, and Bio Mundo.

The mall makes investments to offer experiences to customers. One example is the successful Estação Cultural Theater, the capital’s first permanent theater inside a shopping mall, which has already set the benchmark in the region’s cultural landscape. There is also Cinépolis, the largest movie theater chain in Latin America, which has six screens, including three 3D-screens.

NorteShopping

One of the most complete shopping malls in Brazil.

NorteShopping opened in 1986 as the first large-size commercial center in the Northern region of the city of Rio de Janeiro. Nowadays, it is one of Brazil’s most complete and successful malls. The diversified tenant mix includes major brands and novel businesses.

In 2007, Pátio NorteShopping was launched. With an area of 30,000 m2, it offers leisure, entertainment, and open spaces, as well as a lifestyle center intended for meeting the needs of the region’s population. The mall is always expanding and renovating to offer an even more modern and convenient experience to customers.

Plaza Shopping Niterói

The first and most complete shopping mall in Niteroi.

Plaza Shopping, Niterói’s first shopping mall, is the largest and most complete shopping center in the region. It opened in October 1986, offering its customers a combination of customized services, entertainment, and choices of special stores and gastronomy. It provides to its visitors a homelike environment.
